Tiletopia Support

Get help with Tiletopia, ask questions, report problems, or request support for purchases, ads, Game Center, privacy options, and gameplay issues.

To ask a question or request help, open a Tiletopia support request on GitHub Issues.

Open a support request

Support requests are reviewed as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 business days.

What to include

  • Your device model and iOS version.
  • The Tiletopia app version, if available.
  • A short description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings, if they help explain the issue.

If your request includes private information, avoid posting personal details publicly. Start with a general description of the issue.

Common Help Topics

  • Restore Tiletopia Plus purchases from Settings.
  • Check Game Center sign-in for leaderboards.
  • Review privacy options from Settings when available in your region.
  • Retry rewarded ads later if no ad is available.

Restore Tiletopia Plus

Open Tiletopia, go to Settings, then tap Restore purchases. The App Store will check purchases for the Apple ID signed in on the device.

Game Center Leaderboards

Daily Challenge scores are submitted through Apple Game Center when you are signed in and authenticated. Check iOS Settings > Game Center if the leaderboard is unavailable.

Privacy Options

If privacy options are required in your region, Tiletopia shows a Privacy options button in Settings.

Rewarded Ads

Rewarded ads require an internet connection and available ad inventory. If an ad is not ready, try again later.

Use the support request link above to send gameplay feedback, report confusing behavior, or suggest improvements for future versions of Tiletopia.
